Dear Blog: I haven't been here all week. Sorry!    Dear Cold: Thanks for going away just before the weekend! It was a sucky week with you but I did secretly enjoy the middle of the week day off with my Layla Lou!    Dear TV: Thanks for bringing back all my shows!    Dear Grays: I didn't dig last nights episode... I would have rather had all the questions answered up front. Thanks.     Dear Ben: Please get outta your funk! Dude cheer up, it's Friday!     Dear Layla: Nothing much babe, but you are awesome! I love how sweet you are with my baby belly! It's so cool to see you get so excited to become a big sister! I can’t wait for you to be at the big ultrasound next week!     Dear Baby: You better show the goods!

Baby Update #2

A little baby update:

How far along? 17 wks tomorrow. 
 

Maternity clothes? Pants all the time... And I need some new shirts...

Stretch marks? Nope, just old really faded ones from Layla. -Same as two weeks ago

Sleep: Meh, it's not so good.

Best moment this week: Feeling more kicks!

Miss Anything? Not gonna lie, I miss drinking. Lol -Same as two weeks ago
 

Movement: A lot more kicks lately.

Food cravings: PB&J

Anything making you queasy or sick: Still this one: The bathroom air fresher at my work. It’s Febreze Spring something. Holy S it’s awful! & people use way to much of it!

Gender: This week I have no idea. 

Labor Signs: Zero

Belly Button in or out? In...

A week from Wednesday we have find out what were having! Hopefully, I have a feeling were not going to see the goods... And if we don't then it's meant to be for us to wait. I'm excited to take Layla to this appt though, I think she'll enjoy actually seeing the baby in Mommy's tummy.

Weekend Picutres

1-4 Are all Saturday at the Fair. We went for about 5 hours! My lower back and hips were killing me after walking around all that time! But I did get a corn dog and a huge brick of curly fries!

5&6-Yesterday I didn't want to leave the house at all. We've been busy lately and I just wanted a chill day. I slept in, made a little breakfast and then took about a 45 minute nap. Watched most of the Seahawks game (in between naps) and painted my nails just before bed. Perfect Sunday!!!

Randoms!

First off, an update from the Baby Update… We’ve decide to find out what were having! Lately I’ve been having a really strong boy feeling and started getting stressed about having him and not having anything for him. Now I kind of feel like I’m letting myself down cause I really wanted the surprise in the delivery room. But oh well, there will be plenty of other surprises that day.

Baby names are impossible. It was so easy with Layla. This time not so much.

We had the worst day with Layla on Saturday. Holy someone took my sweet girl and replaced her with a screaming meanie. Bed time could not come fast enough!

Ben started a new job yesterday, in the same Co. but a different position. It’s better pay, more advancement and he gets to rock business casual! Oh yeah!

I want to be a part time stay at home Mom when Baby #2 comes. I’d like to work like 3 days a week so I can still get my health insurance and some shopping money. But two babies in Daycare even part time might not make it possible.

Ben didn’t plug my phone in for me last night; yes he does this for me every day. So now I only have a little battery life! How am I going to check my things all day? He did make me lunch though and wrote my name in a heart on the foil.

My new co worker wears her hair the exact same way every day. & doesn’t bless me when I sneeze.

It was coooold this morning!!! It's officially fall and that makes me giddy!

Baby Update!

How far along? 15 wks tomorrow.

Maternity clothes? Pants all the time... Agh I don't even like to say that! I feel like I look 30 weeks!

Stretch marks? Nope, just old really faded ones from Layla.

Sleep: When I'm out, I'm out. But my hips have been bothering me since we tent camped last weekend so falling asleep as been hard.

Best moment this week: My sweet friend Cheryl (she works at Layla's school but we used to work together like 5 years ago) said I looked really cute and was just all belly! Even though I think it was fib, it was still sweet.

Anything making you queasy or sick: This weird smell in my shower, that no one else can smell so it's just me. But agh I hate it! Also another bathroom related thing, the air fresher at my work. It’s Febreze Spring something. Holy S it’s awful! & people use way to much of it!

Gender: I'm thinking girl. We have decided to not find out but now that I am weeks away from being able to know, I kind of want too. I have a baby appt today and I think they will have me schedule the appt for it.

Belly Button in or out? In...

Wedding rings on or off? Wanta know I secret? My wedding rings have never fit correctly since I had Layla. And I've never gotten them fixed cause I kept thinking oh I’ll be pregnant again in no time. Yeah... So I always wear a beautiful ring my Momma gave me towards the end of my pregnancy with Layla. It's still on.

Mood: Happy and tried! And a little anxious.

Looking forward to: Hearing the heartbeat again today, and taking Layla to the next ultrasound.

Pre K

Today my Little baby Layla Bean starts Pre K! Which means we are less than a year away from her going to kindergarten! WTH! How did this happen?! I swear it was just August ’08 like five minutes ago and she was a tiny newborn. (& I was only 24 not almost 29!)

In honor of her 1^st day in a new class here’s a ton of pictures of her.  

6 days old and tiny! I was almost 2 weeks overdue with her & she was still only 5lbs 12ozs.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte! I am so glad I can drink coffee again. These things just say fall to me.

Sweaters & Beanies!

Pumpkin patches! We live about 20 minutes from a huge area of local growers. I love wondering around pumpkin patches.

Football!! I love snuggles in the family room watching football!

Walking around Mainto Park when the colors start changing. Breathtaking!

Also, Happy Birthday to my Bestie Jen!!! I love you girl! Pretty sure this is going to be your best year yet!
